If you are a corporate customer have your employee call ahead to make an appointment and let us know what company they are with. We will have a copy of your form, or a safety manager can provide the employee with a form ahead of time. Our opticians will fit the employee for glasses and process their order. If any amount is owed by the employee payment can be made at the time of ordering. Employees will return to our office for dispensing when complete, typically within 5–7 business days.
